DALLAS, TEXAS — Traxo, Inc., the world’s only provider of real-time corporate travel data capture, today announced the company’s successful completion of its Systems and Organizational Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 examination. Our SOC 2 audit focused on internal controls designed to meet our service commitments and system requirements based on the security, availability, and confidentiality criteria established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The examination was conducted by Dansa D’Arata Soucia LLP (www.darata.com). In doing so, Traxo maintains its adherence to one of the most stringent, industry-accepted compliance frameworks for service organizations and provides additional assurance to its clients, through an independent auditor, that its business process, information technology and risk management controls are properly designed and operating as intended.
The official auditors’ report thoroughly reviews Traxo internal controls, policies, and processes for corporate travel data management. It also reviews Traxo’s processes relating to risk management and subprocessor due diligence, as well as Traxo’s entire IT infrastructure, software development life cycle, change management, logical security, network security, physical & environmental security, and computer operations.
"We are pleased that our SOC 2 report has shown that we have the appropriate controls to mitigate risks related to the services we provide to our customers,” said Matt Griffin, Traxo's Chief Product and Information Officer. “Achieving this certification was a priority to our team because we want our clients to rest assured that our IT and risk management controls are conducive to safe, secure and productive partnerships.”
