Duty-of-care programs are only as effective as the itinerary data behind them. When an employee books outside the managed channel – direct with an airline, through an online travel agency, or on a supplier app – that trip is invisible to the systems responsible for locating and communicating with travelers during a critical event. Traxo’s own program data shows air bookings made outside travel management companies climbing from 19% to 31%, a trend that continues to expand as travelers increasingly book directly with suppliers.
The Traxo–Everbridge integration closes that gap. Traxo’s patented AutoDetect technology captures confirmations across more than 1,000 points of sale, parses and normalizes them within seconds of purchase, and automatically streams the resulting itineraries into Everbridge. Travelers keep booking the way the program allows. Risk and security teams gain a more complete picture of who is traveling, where they are, and where they are headed next – before departure rather than after an expense report is filed.

Activation requires no custom development. Mutual clients authorize the connection, and booking data begins flowing between the platforms within seconds. Traxo is SOC 2 Type II examined and supports GDPR compliance, including configurable handling of personal and non-business travel. Mutual clients are already running the combined solution in production.
Traxo and Everbridge will jointly support existing and prospective clients through their respective partner channels. The companies will also be at GSX 2026 in Atlanta, September 14–16, to discuss the integration and its benefits for travel risk management and duty of care.
